If you like allot of people after the 11.0.1 patch are having logon/login problems. Please feel free to try this fix.
It has helped (to my knowledge) quite a few people.
For those having problems with the new update and logging in,
* Start launcher
* Click the little down arrow at the top right of the launcher
* Click settings
* Click proxy tab
* Click on the no proxy and click OK.
You will update and be able to log in.
