The LOTRO Game Servers will be brought down on Wednesday, October 17th from 7:00 - 11:00 AM Eastern (-4 GMT) for a hotfix.

General
Players who pre-purchased the Legendary bundle will now have access to the Horse Session Play quests.
Players should no longer encounter a specific out of memory client crash.
Further improvements to server performance have been made. These changes will be slowly rolled out across worlds as we assess their impact.
