A Frightened Child

I was questing the other day with Paddy and we were doing quests in Thornhope.
He got the last of ten quests where you are supposed to approach a NPC to get a new quests.
The last one we usually do is the quest " a frightened child " and he got it but I didn't.

Here is the dialog with a GM about it.

Description:
Trying to do the quest a frightened child, a friend could pickit up but I don't get the quest. It's in Thornhope You are at: r2 lx796 ly830 ox80.33 oy123.46 oz328.06 h254.5 I could use some help here since it's the last in that chain.

11/11/12 04:02 PM Greetings Screemerlorthon. I am a Senior Game Master. The quest has a race requirement which you do not meet. As you are not an elf you will not be offered the Frightened Child quest. Thank you.
